How To Make Crispy French Fries Step By Step
To make crispy French fries with cornstarch at home is very easy and delicious to eat. You can store them or fries them. So let’s start step by step,
- Take a sharp knife and start with peeling the potatoes then wash with water at least 2 times.
- Dry the potatoes with clean towel and cut them into fries. You can also cut them in cube shapes if you want.
- Take a pan and add some water and then cornstarch, satire to dissolve the cornstarch.
- Add mixture in a warm pan until the mixture has a pudding like consistency.
- Stir the fries into the mixture with the help of spoon.
- Add vegetable oil after spray a backing sheet.
- Put the all potatoes for baking and leave.
- Make sure do not crowed or overlap the fries then cover the backing sheet with foil.
- Cook them for 12 minutes in the oven at 425degree C.
- After 12 minutes remove the foil and bake again 10 minutes on both sides. Then sprinkle the salt or seasoning.
