- First we prepare the dough for pizza. F it we take a plate and add flour into it then add some salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder in it, 2 teaspoon oil. Take a little warm water and mix then yeast in it along 1 teaspoon of sugar. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once the yeast has risen, add it to the flour knead the dough nicely using some water. After 5 minutes knead the dough again then pizza dough is ready.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree and make the pizza base using a rolling pin and roll this in circular shape.
- Use a fork and prick the base with it. Put it into the preheat oven and bake it 10 minutes, pizza base is ready.
- Wash the all vegetables and onion. Then cut the onion in rounded shape and vegetables in slice shape. You can also cut all vegetables and onion into cube it is depend on your choice.
- And finally cut tomatoes and mushrooms in the same manner. However make sure tomatoes heave no juice or less juice.
- Spread the tomato ketchup, Take the pizza base and apply tomato ketchup over all the base. Spread the sauce carefully at the ends of pizza base. Spread half the processed cheese all over the base and evenly put veggies all across the base. Once you have put all the ingredients, put a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the pizza base in a baking tray and place inside the oven. Bake the pizza at least 10 to 12 minutes at 250 degree Celsius.
