- Take a large non-stick saucepan over a medium heat. Add beef and onions then cooked together for 5 minutes.
- Stirring the beef , squishing it against the sides of pan, break up the lumps carefully.
- Fry the all ingredients like garlic, chilly powder, cumin and coriander for 3 minutes and stir.
- Add tomatoes into the pan and stir in the tomato puree and other ingredients like black pepper and salt.
- Bring to a simmer on the hob and cover it with lid make sure cover loosely.
- Leave simmer for 45 minute before reducing the heat.
- Stirring occasionally until the mince is tender due to this process sauce become thick.

First heat up the oil in large saucepan and fry the chopped onions for 5 minutes. then add garlic and cooked until soft.

Add beef and cooked until the brown. Breaking up the meat with the help of spoon. Add cumin, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, oregano and cooked at least 2 minutes.

Add beans, beef stock, salt pepper and stirring until the chilly thickens slightly about 2 hours. For better tastes cooked this chilly for longer on low flame.
