Telogen Phase

Exogency Phase
In this phase, we push out the old hairs and they come naturally around 50-100 per day in this phase.
After the Exogeny phase, the cycle goes to the anagen phase and repeats.

- 3-4 months: 2.-3 inches
- 6-9 months: 3-5 inches
- 1 year: 5-7 inches
